GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be truly happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at inquiry@thisispidgin.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS
Please note: socks are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Antiques and vintage items are final sale and not eligible for return. However, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to the “Damaged or Defective Items” section below.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached (if applicable).
Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, strong odors, or other signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these standards may be refused and returned to the sender.
A valid proof of purchase—such as your order confirmation or receipt—is required for all returns.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Please contact us at inquiry@thisispidgin.com to request a return label.
In-store returns are also welcome. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt to ensure we can process your return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send an email confirming its arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
STORE CREDIT OPTION
If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, we’re happy to issue it as a digital gift card. Just let us know when requesting your return.
Please note that store credit returns follow the same eligibility and condition guidelines outlined above.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to request a different size, color, or a replacement for a defective item, please contact us.
Once we receive your original item in acceptable condition, your exchange will be processed and shipped promptly.
Exchange shipping is complimentary.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
For antiques or vintage items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
