Flat griddle pan from Saikai Toki, designed by Nobuho Miya. Handmade of Nanbu tekki, traditional cast ironware from Iwate prefecture.
The finish is built in layers of washes of vinegar, tea tannin, and fruit juice, then a raw natural lacquer, fired onto the iron surface. Long handle, drilled at the end for hanging.
